电磁分度齿轮单面啮合检查仪(以下简称“单啮仪”)是利用电磁分度新技术动态检验齿轮误差的仪器。它的特点是精度高、效率高、检验齿轮的误差项目全面。有了这种仪器,就能使齿轮、蜗轮公差新标准得以全面贯彻。在国外的同类型仪器只能对齿轮进行综合测量(运动误差、周期误差和周节累积误差△t_∑)。我国的工人和工程技术人员在文化大革命中创造了用这种类型仪器还能对齿轮进行全误差测量,已超过了资本主义国家的水平,目前,还在不断地发展和完善中。我们根据我国科研和生产的迫切需要,解决高精度齿轮动态检验设备的急需,密切结合教学计划的要求,选定这一典型产品的设计与试制作为工衣兵学员毕业专题实践的题目。

According to the urgent need of our country’s scientific research and production, we solved the urgent need of high-accuracy gear dynamic inspection equipment and closely combined with the requirements of teaching plan. We selected the design and trial production of this typical product as the subject of graduation project of Gong Gong Bing.
