用铸型浸入金属液的方法来获得铸件,工艺简单可行。尺寸小(最大~40mm)而形状简单的铸件,可用多型腔一次铸成。图1为高速钢端面铣刀坯件的浸入法铸造。图1中:1——水冷结晶器(兼作上半型),2——金属液,3——陶瓷壳型,4——铸件,5——浇口。铸件凝固时上端冷却快,又有良好的底注,可确保铸件中金属组织致密。制造复杂的铸件有时不能使用水冷结晶器,因与铸件接触面小而高度大时收效不大。图2为浸注青铜衬套(壁厚7mm,高50mm)的示意。衬套4的酚醛树酯砂型,固定在吊架1上.砂型2采用了全截面注入
Casting immersed in liquid metal method to obtain castings, the process is simple and feasible. Small size (up to ~ 40mm) and a simple shape of the casting, the cavity can be cast once.
