In fact, it is indeed a bit late for Edward Lam, the Hong Kong ghost director and writer. In April this year, Eileen Chang’s “Little Reunion” was published in a large volume. A magazine published a copy of Eileen Chang’s book containing an essay titled “Edward Lam’s Visit to Edward Lam and Eileen Chang.” Although there were Ma Jiahui, Song Yilang and Chen Zishan in front of them, they all broke the news. However, I was deeply touched by this piece of Edward Lam’s article which seemed unrelated to “Little Reunion.” Different from the intimacy that other families deliberately show, he and Zhang Ailing’s private life always maintains an appropriate distance. “Remaining” refers to pure inspiration and enlightenment.
