目的观察鹰视准分子激光系统的LASIK治疗各种屈光度的近视的效果。方法利用鹰视准分子激光治疗仪联合MoriaII微型角膜刀对13600例27200眼进行治疗,术后12个月观察视功能、屈光度及并发症。结果术前屈光度<-8.0D及>-8.0D,术后裸眼视力达0.8以上分别为99.5%和98.5%,达到1.0以上分别为98.5%和96.5%。手术并发症包括角膜上皮脱落、结膜下出血、屈间异物残留等。结论鹰视准分子激光系统的LASIK对不同屈光度近视治疗均有良好效果,且比其他类型的激光治疗仪更有优势,如准确预测性高、并发症少、术后疗效好。
Objective To observe the effect of LASIK with Eagle’s eye laser system on various myopia. Methods Sixty-two thousand and sixty-two eyes of 27,200 eyes were treated with Eagle’s eye laser scanner and MoriaII microkeratome. Visual function, refraction and complications were observed 12 months after operation. Results Preoperative refraction <-8.0D and> -8.0D, postoperative uncorrected visual acuity of 0.8 or more were 99.5% and 98.5% respectively, reaching 1.0 and 98.5% and 96.5% respectively. Surgical complications include corneal epithelial shedding, subconjunctival hemorrhage, foreign body residual foreign body and so on. CONCLUSION: The LASIK system of Eagle Eye excimer laser has good effect on myopia with different diopter, and has more advantages than other types of laser therapeutic apparatus, such as high predictive accuracy, less complications and good postoperative effect.
