随着公共文化服务体系的不断完善,我国志愿服务事业呈现出欣欣向荣的发展态势。志愿服务是公共文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,高校学生作为开展志愿服务活动的主要力量,其重要性也日渐彰显。本文基于延边地区公共文化服务体系建设的背景,通过对延边大学学生志愿者服务组织及其活动进行实证研究,分析民族地区高校学生志愿服务组织发展的现状、面临的困境及存在的问题,探讨大学生志愿服务活动的发展趋势,继续助力公共文化服务体系的建设。 With the continuous improvement of public cultural service system, China’s voluntary service industry has shown a thriving development trend. Volunteer service is an important part of the construction of public cultural service system. The importance of college students, as the main force to carry out volunteer service activities, has become increasingly prominent. Based on the background of the public cultural service system in Yanbian area, this paper empirically studies the student volunteer service organizations and their activities in Yanbian University, analyzes the status quo, difficulties and existing problems of the development of volunteer service organizations in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, The development trend of volunteer service activities will continue to help build the public cultural service system.
