目的:探讨采用中西医结合方法治疗小儿肺炎,以达到缩短疗程,增强疗效,减少毒副作用的效果。方法:联合使用抗生素、中药制剂、加中药方剂。结果:联合用药组110例,其中85例体温恢复正常,临床症状消失,肺部干湿哕音完全吸收,肺部阴影消失。有20例,体温恢复正常,临床症状减轻,肺部干湿哕音减少,肺部阴影部分消失;无效5例,总有效率95.4%;单纯用西药组80例,其中46例体温恢复正常,临床症状消失,肺部干湿哕音完全吸收,肺部阴影消失;有13例,体温恢复正常,临床症状减轻,肺部干湿哕音减少,肺部阴影部分消失;无效21例,总有效率73.7%;结论:采用中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎,能缩短病程,疗效明显且迅速,无毒副作用,是治疗小儿肺炎的进一步探索的方向。
Objective: To explore the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pediatric pneumonia in order to shorten the course of treatment, enhance efficacy, reduce the side effects. Methods: Joint use of antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, plus traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results: In combination group, 110 cases were recovered, of which 85 cases returned to normal temperature and the clinical symptoms disappeared. The wet, dry and wet lungs were completely absorbed and the lung shadow disappeared. There are 20 cases, body temperature returned to normal, clinical symptoms reduced, lung wet and dry 哕 reduced, the shadow of the lungs disappear; ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 95.4%; 80 cases with Western medicine alone, of which 46 patients returned to normal body temperature, Clinical symptoms disappeared, lung wet and dry 哕 sound completely absorbed, the shadow of the lungs disappeared; 13 cases, body temperature returned to normal, reduce clinical symptoms, reduced lung wet and dry, tone, the lung shadow disappeared; ineffective in 21 cases, Efficiency 73.7%; Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of pneumonia in children, can shorten the course of the disease, the effect is obvious and rapid, non-toxic side effects, is the treatment of pediatric pneumonia to further explore the direction.
