北京大学中医药现代研究中心主任、博士生导师徐筱杰教授所领导的中医药现代研究中心,充分利用现代技术发展中医药学,已完成了药物设计系统,并在此基础上研制了中医药信息系统。该系统包括方剂库、药用植物库、中药有效成分三维结构数据库及靶酶结构数据库。利用这个系统,可以根据靶酶结构快速发现先导化合物及确定方剂中的有效成分,也可以通过方剂的成分、三维结构
The Chinese Medicine Modern Research Center led by Prof Xu Jiaojie, director of the Center for the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Peking University, has made full use of modern technology to develop TCM and has completed a drug design system. Based on this, it has developed a TCM information system. The system includes a formula library, a medicinal plant library, a three-dimensional structure database of active components of traditional Chinese medicine, and a target enzyme structure database. Using this system, it is possible to rapidly discover lead compounds and determine the active ingredients in prescriptions based on the structure of the target enzyme, as well as the composition and three-dimensional structure of the prescriptions.
