文章以浙江工贸职业技术学院2011级人力资源管理专业学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,调查其在2013年5月至8月工学结合满意度的情况和工学结合对未来择业的影响。通过研究发现,企业工作内容、工作环境,学校提供的实践活动以及个人的兴趣爱好、个人被重视程度都与人力资源管理专业学生工学结合满意度威正相关。在此基础上,提出了一系列加强满意度的建议和意见。
In this paper, we take the 2011 HR management majors from Zhejiang Polytechnic as the research object and adopt the method of questionnaire survey to investigate their satisfaction with the combination of work and study from May to August, 2013 and the impact of the combination of work and study on career choice in the future. Through the research, it is found that the content of the work, the work environment, the practical activities provided by the school and the personal interests and interests of the individual are all positively related to the Satisfaction of the Engineering and Human Resources Management students. Based on this, a series of suggestions and suggestions for enhancing satisfaction are put forward.
