作者对管腔内支架(ES)的研制开发和临床应用中的有关问题作一综述,涉及:①自扩式、球囊扩张式和热记忆式等三类ES的作用机制。②物理特性,包括ES金属表面和其展开表面比率、扩张率、箍力、释放后径值变化、顺应率、钝化带和极化电位以及X线吸收性和抗磁性等。③生物相容性,包括ES与血液界面基本反应、ES腔表面再次内皮化和内膜增生等。
The authors reviewed the issues related to the development and clinical application of endoluminal stents (ESs), involving: (1) the mechanism of action of three types of ES such as self-expanding, balloon dilatation and thermal memory. ② physical properties, including the ES metal surface and the expansion of the surface ratio, expansion rate, hoop force, diameter changes after release, compliance rate, passivation band and polarization potential and X-ray absorption and diamagnetic and so on. ③ biocompatibility, including ES and blood interface basic reaction, ES cavity surface endothelialization and endometrial hyperplasia.
