LF精炼法由吹氩搅拌、埋弧加热和真空系统联合组成。本文报导了大同、八幡、户田和三菱四个钢厂采用LF精炼法在设备、冶炼方法、质量改进方面六年来的经验。LF精炼法能准确控制钢的化学成份,去除氧、硫、减少钢中杂质,提高钢的机械性能。合金元素回收率和生产能力的提高足以补偿操作费用的增加。大同钢厂20吨设备1976年的作业费用是7.6美元/吨。
LF refining method by blowing argon mixing, submerged arc heating and vacuum system. This article reports on the experiences of LF refining in Datong, Yawata, Toda and Mitsubishi in the past six years in terms of equipment, smelting methods and quality improvement. LF refining method can accurately control the chemical composition of steel, remove oxygen, sulfur, reduce impurities in steel, improve the mechanical properties of steel. Alloying element recovery and production capacity increase enough to compensate for the increase in operating costs. Datong Steel 20 tons of equipment operating costs in 1976 was 7.6 US dollars / ton.
