对矿山机械用20CrNi2Mo钢齿轮进行了不同的工艺参数的激光热处理,并进行了齿轮试样的硬度、变形量、残余压应力和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随激光功率从2.3 kW增加到3.1 kW或扫描速度从90 mm/min增加到150 mm/min,齿面平均硬度、轮齿中部最大硬化层深度、齿面和齿根的平均残余压应力均先增加后减小,磨损体积先减小后增大。激光功率优选为2.7 kW,扫描速度优选为120 mm/min。
The laser process of 20CrNi2Mo steel gear with different process parameters was carried out and the hardness, deformation, residual compressive stress and wear resistance of the gear sample were tested and analyzed. The results show that as the laser power increases from 2.3 kW to 3.1 kW or the scanning speed increases from 90 mm / min to 150 mm / min, the average tooth surface hardness, the maximum hardened depth in the middle of gear teeth, the average residual pressure The stress first increases and then decreases, the wear volume decreases first and then increases.
