借助滨海新区在非农产业领域的领先优势带动农村区县产业优化升级,是贯彻执行天津市“三个层面联动”发展战略,实现整体区域协调发展的关键。本文在对滨海新区和农村区县非农产业发展现状以及影响双方非农产业联动发展的因素进行分析的基础上,提出了滨海新区带动农村区县非农产业优化升级的对策建议。
Taking advantage of the leading edge of Binhai New Area in non-agricultural industries to promote the optimization and upgrading of industries in rural areas and counties is the key to implementing the development strategy of “three levels of linkage” in Tianjin and realizing the coordinated development of the entire region. Based on the analysis of the status quo of non-agricultural industries in Binhai New Area and rural counties and the factors affecting the development of non-agricultural industries, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how Binhai New Area can promote the optimization and upgrading of non-agricultural industries in rural districts and counties.
