慈善事业是弘扬互助友爱精神、建设积极向上的伦理道德的有效途径。然而，近年来在一片慈善繁荣的背后，“慈善丑闻”层出不穷，致使慈善事业公信力大为下降。本文以反思近年来慈善事业失范现象为切入点，解析造成我国慈善事业失范现象频发的主要原因，并从中提出具有借鉴意义的相关举措，来为我国慈善事业的健康发展做出应有的贡献。“,”Charity is an effective way to carry forward the spirit of fraternity amd to construct positive ethics. However, behind charity prosperity, ＂charity scandals＂ emerge in endlessly, which causes charity credibility descending. Taking the reflection on charity anomie phenomemon in recent years as the breakthrough point, the paper analyses the main reasons for the frequent charity anomie phenomenon and puts forward relevant measures for reference, so as to make due contributions to healthy development of charity in China.
