自大走访“开门评警”活动开展以来,江苏浏河港边防派出所为进一步和谐警民关系,全面开展了“我是普通一工,换位思考、体验艰辛”活动。这个派出所组织民警深入辖区渔船、码头、工厂和车站等地,与渔民、工人、农民等群体开展“同吃同住同工作,将心比心心连心”的换位工作体验。通过这些活动,不仅让民警切身感受到作为一名普通劳动者的不容易,也让普通劳动者感受到民警的真心诚意和执法不易,使民警受到了一次深刻的思想教育,增强了警民关系,促进了执法执勤工作的开展。目前,这一活动受到了民警和群众的普遍欢迎,人们一致认为,这是大走访“开门评警”活动中值得推广的好形式。
