为了研究边墙系统锚杆在黄土隧道中的支护效果。论文以彬县银西铁路陕西段3#斜井为工程背景。运用非连续介质离散元软件UDEC对隧道边墙有、无系统锚杆进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)在斜井两台阶施工过程中,取消边墙系统锚杆打设,隧道左边墙水平位移减小了24.71%,右边墙水平位移减小了6.49%,拱部采用系统锚杆后垂直位移减少了8.13%。(2)有系统锚杆的围岩变形量大于无系统锚杆的变形量,系统锚杆的打设破坏了围岩的整体性,使围岩变得破碎,围岩的强度和承载能力降低。因此,黄土隧道施工中可以取消系统锚杆,隧道仍旧处于相对稳定状态。
In order to study the supporting effect of the side wall system bolt in the loess tunnel. The paper takes the 3 # inclined shaft in Shaanxi section of West Bank of Binxian as the engineering background. UDEC, a discontinuous medium discretization element software, is used to study the presence and absence of systematic bolts on the side wall of the tunnel. The results show that: (1) During the construction of two steps of inclined shaft, the displacement of the bolt of the side wall system is canceled. The horizontal displacement of the left wall of the tunnel is reduced by 24.71% and the horizontal displacement of the right wall is reduced by 6.49% Vertical displacement after anchor decreased by 8.13%. (2) The deformation of surrounding rock with system anchor is bigger than the deformation of non-system anchor. The laying of system anchor destroys the integrity of surrounding rock, which makes the surrounding rock become fragmented and the strength and carrying capacity of surrounding rock decrease . Therefore, the construction of loess tunnel construction can be canceled bolt, the tunnel is still relatively stable state.
