化肥中的一些元素具有提高作物抗病性表达的作用。在前人应用硫酸锌防治玉米茎腐病的基础上,研究硫酸锌对玉米自交系抗病性相关酶代谢活性的影响。结果表明,在自交系U8112根系中,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性得到诱导,活性水平显著增强。在硫酸锌灌根处理中,U8112的PAL和PPO活性分别提高了18.7%和7.0%,两种酶的活性能够维持一个较长的时间。在自交系Mo17中,硫酸锌处理后,PAL和PPO两种酶的活性未见提高。
Some elements in fertilizer have the role of improving the expression of crop disease resistance. Based on the previous studies on the prevention and treatment of corn stalk rot with zinc sulfate, the effects of zinc sulfate on the enzyme activities related to disease resistance of maize inbred lines were studied. The results showed that the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were induced in U8112 inbred lines, and their activities were significantly enhanced. The activities of PAL and PPO in U8112 increased by 18.7% and 7.0%, respectively, in the treatment with zinc sulfate, and the activity of both enzymes could be maintained for a long time. In inbred line Mo17, zinc sulfate treatment, PAL and PPO activity of the two enzymes did not increase.
