本文采用薄层分离——薄层扫描定量法测定“茵栀黄”注射液中两主要成分氯原酸和京尼平甙的含量。从醋酸乙酯的提取部分测定氯原酸,回收率为58~63%;提取后剩余的水溶液(京尼平甙在其中)倾注于装有药用炭和硅藻土的吸附柱中,用甲醇的水溶液从低浓度到高浓度逐次洗脱。弃去浓度50%以下部分,保留70%和纯甲醇先脱液,测定东尼平甙,回收率为76~83%。本法灵敏、可靠,可作为“茵栀黄”注射液的质量控制指标。
In this paper, thin layer separation - thin layer scanning quantitative determination of “Yinzhihuang” injection of the two main components of chlorogenic acid and genipin. Chlorogenic acid was determined from the ethyl acetate extraction fraction and the recovery was 58-63%. After the extraction, the remaining aqueous solution (genipin) was poured into an adsorption column filled with medicinal charcoal and diatomaceous earth. The aqueous methanol solution elutes successively from low to high concentrations. The concentration of 50% or less was discarded, 70% was retained, and pure methanol was first deliquified. Tonicidine was determined and the recovery was 76-83%. This method is sensitive, reliable, and can be used as an indicator for the quality control of Yinzhihuang injection.
