白口、麻口和 D、E 型过冷石墨经常出现在灰铁铸件中(特别是它的薄壁处和表面层),严重地降低了薄壁灰铁件的性能。因此,如何减少或消除它们在灰铁铸件中的存在,便成为生产薄壁灰铁铸件首先需要解决的问题。本研究通过正交试验和方差分析以及系列对比试验得知,稳定剂 FeCr、FeV 都有增加白口和过冷石墨,减少麻口的能力,试验用的孕育剂都有减少白口、麻口和过冷石墨的能力,但其大小各有不同,而且对各区的影响也不成比例减少。1~#Re减少白口的能力最强,BaSi 和 CaSi 次之,Si75最弱;但对减少麻口和过冷石墨的能力来说,BaSi、CaSi 和 Si75三者相近,1~#Re 最弱。采用1~#Re 与 BaSi、CaSi或 Si75等的复合孕育剂具有良好的同时减少白口、麻口和过冷石墨的孕育效果。复合孕育剂在 X4115缸盖生产中验证,收到了预期的良好效果。
White, mahogany and D, E supercooled graphite often appear in gray iron castings (especially its thin-walled and the surface layer), seriously reducing the performance of thin-walled gray iron parts. Therefore, how to reduce or eliminate their presence in gray iron castings has become the first problem to be solved in the production of thin-walled gray iron castings. In this study, orthogonal test and analysis of variance as well as a series of comparative tests showed that the stabilizer FeCr, FeV have increased white and supercooling graphite, reduce the capacity of Ma mouth, test inoculants have reduced white, And the ability to overcool graphite, but vary in size and disproportionately affect the districts. 1 ~ # Re has the strongest ability to reduce the white mouth, followed by BaSi and CaSi, and Si75 the weakest; but for the ability to reduce the mouth and supercooling graphite, BaSi, CaSi and Si75 are similar, weak. The use of 1 ~ # Re and BaSi, CaSi or Si75 composite inoculant has good at the same time reduce the white mouth, Ma mouth and overcooled graphite inoculation effect. The compound inoculant was validated in the X4115 cylinder head production and received the expected good results.
