为了使只具备串行接口的异构数控机床能接入以太网式DNC系统,研究了基于嵌入式以太网开发模块RCM2200的串口/以太网通信器,介绍了其软、硬件的设计方法,实现了数控机床的串行协议与TCP/IP协议的转换。
