元认知理论强调个体对自身认知活动的过程和结果进行调节与反馈,在学生第二语言学习活动中起着整体控制和协调的作用。重视提高学生的元认知水平,注重对学生进行元认知训练,对于发展学生的思维能力,提高教学效果无疑具有重要意义。
Metacognition theory emphasizes that individuals regulate and feedback their own cognitive processes and outcomes, and play an integral role in controlling and coordinating students’ second language learning activities. Emphasis on improving students ’level of metacognition, focusing on metacognitive training for students, is undoubtedly of great significance for the development of students’ thinking ability and improve teaching effectiveness.
