电厂企业属于技术密集型行业,一支高素质高水平的人才队伍是电厂企业得以顺利发展的重要基础。但是在当前的电厂企业人力资源管理过程中,在资源配置、管理职能等方面出现了一些问题,导致了人才的流失,阻碍了企业的可持续发展。文章分析了当前电厂人力资源管理现状和发展趋势,探讨了提高电厂企业人力资源管理能力的策略。
Power plant enterprises are technology-intensive industries. A high-quality and high-qualified personnel team is an important foundation for smooth development of power plant enterprises. However, in the current human resources management process of power plant enterprises, some problems have appeared in resource allocation and management functions, leading to the loss of qualified personnel and hindering the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the current status and development trend of human resources management in power plants, and discusses the strategies to improve human resources management capabilities in power plants.
