In the residential project that we undertook in Thailand, we used a suspended ceiling of aluminum alloy keel gypsum board. This type of ceiling is suitable for buildings such as houses, shops, restaurants, hotels, and office buildings, and there are factories that specialize in producing aluminum alloy keels and gypsum boards. This article describes its structure and construction process. First, the structure of this ceiling by the aluminum alloy keel and gypsum board consists of two parts. The aluminum alloy keel is divided into three kinds: main keel, sub-keel and side keel (Figure 1). The main and sub-keel sections are upwardly shaped. The length of the main keel is 6m. There are a small round hole and a long hole every 60cm on the ribs. The sub-keel is 61.3cm long with hooks at both ends. The keel cross-section has a dome shape with a factory length of 6m.
