11月3日,宁夏预算与会计研究会第二届会员代表大会在银川市召开。会议审议通过了修改后的《宁夏预算与会计研究会章程》;选举产生了第二届理事会理事;召开了第二届理事会第一次理事会议,选举产生常务理事20人,会长1人,副会长2人,秘书长1人(副会长兼)副秘书长2人。宁夏财政厅党组成员、副厅长张苏安当选研究会会长。宁夏财政厅副巡视员李少文受新任会长的委托,在大会结束时对预算与会计研究会的工作提出了四点要求。一是加强理论学习和研究,不断提高政策理论水平。
