综合考虑带材抗弯刚度及重力作用,提出一种运动带材在托辊附近的稳态构型的建模和数值求解方法.通过建立运动带材稳态运动控制方程,分析托辊附近运动带材物理边界条件,提出描述运动带材稳态运动的动边界边值问题.将该动边值问题进行规范化,并采用配置法迭代求解,获得运动带材的构型.通过实例对这种方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法能够有效计算托辊附近运动带材稳态构型.
Considering the flexural rigidity and gravity of the strip, a method of modeling and numerical solution of the steady state configuration of the moving strip near the idler is proposed. By establishing the steady state motion control equation of the strip, The physical boundary condition of the strip is proposed and the moving boundary boundary value problem describing the steady state motion of the strip is proposed.The problem of moving boundary value is normalized and the configuration of the strip is obtained iteratively by using the configuration method to obtain the configuration of the moving strip.Through examples, The results show that this method can effectively calculate the steady state configuration of the strip near the idler.
