通过采用一套自行研制的汽车同步器铜锥环标准样品,在日本岛津制作所真空型GVM-514S光电光谱仪上,制作成持久性工作曲线,对汽车同步器铜锥环化学成分进行全自动化快速、准确地分析。该方法改变了过去只能用操作复杂、分析时间过长的化学分析方法来分析该材料的历史。实验结果表明,该方法的准确度达到了规定的技术要求,满足了生产中快速分析的迫切需求。
