对一个团队部门而言,绩效管理是管理中的核心流程。地方广播作为公益一类事业单位,如何实行绩效管理,是当前摆在每一位广播人面前的一个亟需解决的问题。笔者根据多年从事广播事业的经验和管理学的知识,阐述了为什么要实行绩效管理,如何实行绩效管理,对于地方广播进行通过绩效管理提高效益提供了借鉴。
For a team department, performance management is the core process of management. As a public welfare institution, how to implement performance management is a problem that needs to be solved before every broadcaster. According to many years’ experience in broadcasting business and management knowledge, the author explains why performance management should be practiced and how to implement performance management, which provides reference for local broadcasting to improve efficiency through performance management.
