本文在叙述了压边浇口优点和分析了它的凝固特点后,认为:压边浇口属于顶注式缓流的小浇口,在型腔内造成较大的由下至上的温度梯度,为顺序凝固创造了良好的条件,所以对于补缩、排气排渣极为有利。作者通过生产实践观察了压边浇口在浇注过程中的某些物理现象,并分析了这些现象对铸件质量的影响。为了确定压边浇口的补缩范围,作者在环形铸件上做了初步的试验,并提出补缩范围半径为400毫米的数值。在试验和生产实践的基础上对压边浇口各诸元做了一些理论分析,并推荐了系列数据,供应用时参考。在实践部分介绍了作者在生产实践中采用压边浇口取得良好效果的实例,并提出压边浇口和雨淋浇口在实质上的一致性及用压边浇口代替雨淋浇口可能性。
This paper describes the advantages of the pressure side gate and analyzes the characteristics of its solidification.
