影响短跑成绩最关键的两个因素是速度和力量,同时短跑在中小学体育教学中却是一个难点:时间短、动作单一、机械重复,易使学生感到枯燥。如果教师在进行教学训练问题上不顾学生的具体条件和实际水平,盲目地加大运动量,忽视劳逸结合,机械地搬用成年人的训练方法,很难调动学生的练习积极性。因此,在速度和力量方面探讨提高短跑教学效果的手段与方法对于提高教学质量有重要意义。一、速度训练
