目的了解盐城市经非婚异性性行为感染艾滋病的感染来源,以及在其得知感染HIV前后的高危行为,评估其作为传染源的风险。方法通过横断面调查,了解盐城市2014年1月至2016年5月新报告经异性性传播艾滋病病例的社会人口学特征、既往性接触史以及确诊阳性后性行为史。结果共完成167例经非婚异性性行为感染HIV病例的调查,其中经商业异性传播占58.68%,非婚非商业异性传播占41.32%。不同年龄、性别感染HIV的方式有显著差异(P<0.01)。<30岁以非婚非商业异性性行为为主(22例、占68.75%),≥30岁以商业异性性行为主(88例、占89.80%);男性以商业异性性行为为主(96例、占74.42%),女性以非婚非商业异性性行为为主(36例、占94.74%)。得知自己感染HIV后,仍发生商业性行为的感染者中有22.22%的人不能坚持使用安全套;仍发生婚内异性性行为的感染者中有11.11%的人不能坚持使用安全套;仍发生固定异性性行为的感染者中有28.57%的人不能坚持使用安全套。结论盐城市非婚异性性行为感染HIV病例的感染方式主要以商业异性性传播为主。在得知自己感染HIV后,病例的异性性行为发生率比确诊前有所降低,但性行为时坚持使用安全套的比率仍不足80%。
Objective To understand the source of infection of AIDS in non-marital heterosexual behavior in Yancheng City and to evaluate the risk of infection as a source of infection before and after it was informed of HIV infection. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to understand the socio-demographic characteristics, past history of sexual contact and history of positive sexual behavior after transsexual transmission of AIDS among Yancheng City from January 2014 to May 2016. Results A total of 167 HIV cases of heterosexual heterosexuality were investigated. Among them, heterosexual transmission was 58.68%, non-marital non-commercial heterosexual transmission was 41.32%. There were significant differences in the ways of HIV infection among different age and sex (P <0.01). Male heterosexual men (30 cases, accounting for 68.75%) were non-married non-commercial heterosexual men <30 years old; commercial heterosexual men> 30 years old (88 cases, accounting for 89.80%); Cases, accounting for 74.42%), the main non-commercial non-commercial heterosexual behavior of non-married women (36 cases, 94.74%). 22.22% of those who still had commercial sexual behavior who were infected with HIV were unable to adhere to condoms; 11.11% of those who still had heterosexual maternity were not able to adhere to the condom; 28.57% of those infected with heterosexual behavior can not insist on condom use. Conclusion Infection of HIV-positive cases of non-marital heterosexual behavior in Yancheng City is mainly dominated by commercial heterosexual transmission. After learning that they have contracted HIV, the incidence of heterosexuals in the case is lower than before the diagnosis, but the rate of condom use during sexual activity is still less than 80%.
