本研究以大阪市1021名小学生(男生519名,女生502名)为调查对象,采用新体力测定和问卷调查法,获得了身体形态、体力和日常行为方式等数据,并与日本全国标准值进行了比较性研究。调查结果显示,大阪市15所小学学生的身体形态,男生处于全国平均值水平,女生偏低,男生的身体脂肪率偏高;学生的平均体力低于日本全国标准值,特别是全身耐力系、握力的肌力系和投掷能力明显偏低。影响学生体力的要因,除了参加体育运动的多寡之外,也包括营养摄取等生活习惯性因素。 In this study, 1,021 primary school students (519 boys and 502 girls) in Osaka City were selected as the research objects.
