1987年初,齐齐哈尔嫩江公路桥面翻修。自1月14日至2月25日封闭江桥的42天中,利用江面天然冰层作长时间大流量交通运输。本文论述了冰层的承载力及其影响因素,冰道的选择和设计,交通技术措施、冰道的维护和观测结果。实践表明,只要科学地利用冰层的承载力,加强观测及维护,冰上交通是完全可能的,并可为工程的施工取得明显的技术经济效益。
Early 1987, Qiqihar Nenjiang River Road deck renovation. From January 14 to February 25, 42 days of river bridge closure, the use of natural ice on the river surface for a long time traffic flow. This paper discusses the bearing capacity of ice and its influencing factors, the selection and design of ices, traffic technical measures, the maintenance and observation of ices. Practice shows that as long as the scientific use of ice bearing capacity, to strengthen the observation and maintenance, traffic on ice is entirely possible, and for the construction of the project to obtain significant technical and economic benefits.
