本文建立了液相色谱串联质谱法测定深海鱼油中烟酸、洛伐他汀及辛伐他汀3种降血脂药物的方法,优化了样品前处理方法及液相色谱串联质谱测定条件。采用甲醇为提取溶剂,超声处理,液相色谱串联质谱检测。结果表明:本方法测定烟酸、洛伐他汀和辛伐他汀的线性范围均为0.05~5.0mg/L,检出限均为1.0mg/kg,加标回收率分别为88.3%~96.9%、86.6~96.3%和84.0%~93.1%。
In this paper, a method for the determination of three hypolipidemic drugs of nicotinic acid, lovastatin and simvastatin in deep-sea fish oil by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The pretreatment methods and the determination conditions of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were optimized. Methanol was used as extraction solvent, sonication and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the linear range of this method for the determination of nicotinic acid, lovastatin and simvastatin was 0.05-5.0mg / L, the detection limits were 1.0mg / kg, the recoveries were 88.3% -96.9% 86.6-96.3% and 84.0% -93.1%.
