丙烯酰胺(Acrylamide,AAM)为无色无臭结晶,易溶于水,是生产聚丙烯酰胺的单体.固体在室温稳定,但在溶化时能聚合,单体有毒.丙烯酰胺工业用途甚广,涉及到冶金、地质、石油、采矿、化工、纺织、造纸及食品等领域,而毒性资料并不多见,AAM中毒研究前景尚值得重视.随着塑料工业的发展,中毒病例时有发生,近年来国内外均有报导,但对急性中毒致死及其尸检病理组织学与电镜观察的情况,尚未见详尽的叙述.作者曾遇4例因接触(或误食)丙烯酰胺中毒死亡者,并就2例有条件的尸体进行了全面的尸检和病理组织学检查,现介绍如下.
Acrylamide (AAM) is a colorless, odorless crystal that is soluble in water and is a monomer for the production of polyacrylamide.The solid is stable at room temperature but polymerizes when melted and the monomer is toxic Acrylamide is widely used in industry , Involving the field of metallurgy, geology, petroleum, mining, chemical industry, textile, papermaking and food, and toxic data are rare, AAM poisoning research is worth attention.With the development of the plastics industry, poisoning cases have occurred, In recent years, both at home and abroad have been reported, but the death of acute poisoning and autopsy histopathological and electron microscopic observations of the situation has not been exhaustive narrative.A case has been encountered in 4 cases due to contact (or eating) acrylamide poisoning and A total of 2 autopsy and histopathological examinations of the corpse were conducted as described below.
