在长期实践中,我们发现一副模具很少是因为自然磨损而报废的(自然磨损至少冲百万次以上),往往都是因为模具相对稳定性差,刃口被啃,反复修磨而报废。我们经过长期对多种结构形式的模具进行试验和摸索得出,浮动式导板模的结构是优良的。它保证了凸、凹模形体间的同心和相对位置的稳定,受机床精度和瞬间冲击力的影响较小,只要模具制作精度符合要求,就能不啃模,有较一长的使用寿命。
In the long run, we found that a mold rarely scrapped due to natural wear (natural wear at least red million times more than), often because of the relative stability of the mold is poor, the edge is chewing, repeated grinding and scrapped. After a long period of trial and error on various molds, we have found that the structure of the floating guide mold is excellent. It ensures the concentricity and the relative position of the convex and concave mold body stable, less affected by the accuracy and instantaneous impact force of the machine. As long as the mold making precision meets the requirements, it can not die and has a longer service life.
