肿瘤患者经放/化疗后骨髓受到毒性抑制,造成免疫低下,病人外周血粒细胞水平下降而引起的感染是治疗肿瘤棘手难题,现已有应用集落刺激因子、中药、高聚金葡素等用于升高病人白细胞水平的冶疗、而本文就金黄色葡萄球菌菌体与肠毒素联合对白细胞水平恢复进行了研究.研究结果表明:各试验组小鼠于不同时间内注射不同组成的升白药后,白细胞总数均在3d内开始增高,5~7d白细胞总数达高峰、是对照组的8~10倍,尤以菌体蛋白与肠毒素联合对白细胞水平增高更为明显,各组白细胞总数在7d开始逐渐下降,到21d恢复到正常水平.
After chemotherapy/chemotherapy in cancer patients, bone marrow is inhibited by toxicity, resulting in low immunity. Infections caused by decreased levels of peripheral blood granulocytes in patients with cancer are difficult problems for the treatment of cancer. They have been used in the application of colony stimulating factor, traditional Chinese medicine, and staphylococcus aureus. In order to increase the level of white blood cells in patients, the study on the recovery of leukocyte levels in combination with Staphylococcus aureus and enterotoxin has been studied. The results show that mice in each experimental group were injected with different compositions of leukotrients at different times. After that, the total number of leukocytes began to increase within 3 days. The total number of white blood cells reached a peak between 5 and 7 days, which was 8 to 10 times that of the control group. In particular, the combination of bacterial proteins and enterotoxin increased the level of white blood cells more significantly. The total number of white blood cells in each group was 7d began to gradually decline, return to normal level by 21d.
