布卢姆的“掌握学习”策略是以单元作为教学基本单位的.单元教学的实施首先是将单元教学目标分解到课时教学过程中去,但仅仅完成课时的分节目标还远远不能代替单元目标.单元教学的分课时授课完成以后,设置一节至两节单元综合课,然后进行单元形成性评价,对提高单元达成度,落实单元高层次教学目标有重要作用.
