选择6月龄和4周岁的无角牦牛进行屠宰性状测定,并以同年龄的有角牦牛作为对照,比较分析了无角牦牛和当地有角牦牛的产肉性能,以期为今后无角牦牛新品种的培育提供科学的基础数据。结果表明:6月龄无角公牦牛和母牦牛的宰前活重、胴体重和肉骨比均显著高于同龄的有角牦牛(P<0.05),4周岁的无角牦牛的宰前活重和胴体重也均显著高于同龄有角牦牛(P<0.05)。以上结果说明无角牦牛具有较高的产肉性能。
The 6-month-old and 4-year-old yaks were selected to test the slaughter traits. The same age yaks were used as control, and the productive performance of the hornless yaks and the local horn yaks were comparatively analyzed.
