本文以外节点直接差分法,建立了铸件凝固温度场的数值模拟模型。考虑到在微机上实现,采用了显式格式,为了缩短计算时间,采用了异步时间步长计算,并对边界节点的潜热处理做了讨论。结合外节点法的特点,设计一种节点领域的控制方法和相应的自动剖分软件。以由本文建立的数值模拟模型开发出的铸件温度场及缩孔、缩松预测软件为工具,对若干影响因素作了研究。
In this paper, the method of direct difference method outside the node is used to establish the numerical simulation model of the solidification temperature field of castings. Taking into account the realization of the computer, using an explicit format, in order to shorten the calculation time, the use of asynchronous time-step calculation, and the boundary node of the latent heat treatment are discussed. Combined with the characteristics of the outer node method, a node domain control method and the corresponding automatic segmentation software are designed. Based on the numerical simulation model established in this paper, the casting temperature field and shrinkage porosity and shrinkage prediction software were developed. Several influencing factors were studied.
