招标在我国现已实行了长达几十年,在这段时间发挥出十分重要的作用。招标主要是选择出优秀的承包商,让工程业主获取最大的经济利益,以保证其工程建设的质量,促使承包商之间的竞争日益激烈化,不断的提升自身能力,充满了压力,使得承包商提升其技术、实力,合理的配置内部资源,讲究信誉。本文就结合作者的实际工作经验,对建筑工程的招投标管理现状进行分析,并且阐述其完善的措施。
Tendering has been practiced in our country for several decades and has played a very important role during this period. Tenders are mainly to choose a good contractor, so that project owners to obtain the maximum economic benefits to ensure the quality of its construction, prompting more intense competition among contractors, and constantly improve their own capabilities, full of pressure to make the contract Business enhance their technology, strength, and reasonable allocation of internal resources, stress credibility. Based on the author ’s actual working experience, this article analyzes the status quo of bidding management of construction projects and elaborates on its perfect measures.
