NaX型分子筛可以用各种阳离子进行交换,但是,交换后产品的热稳定性颇为悬殊,活化时不能一律对待。这些产品,依其用途可分为两类,一类与NaX相同,仍作为筛分、催化,例如CaX、SrX等;另一类作为金属载体催化剂,如AgX、PtX等。本文以SrX和AgX为例,对这两类交换型分子筛的活化分别进行研究。考察了受热条件对分子筛失水情况、结晶组成的影响,并根据实际使用效果,提出各自的最隹活化条件。
NaX zeolite can be exchanged with a variety of cations, however, the thermal stability of the product after exchange quite disparity, activation can not be treated. These products can be divided into two categories according to their use, one is the same as NaX and still used as screening, catalysis, such as CaX, SrX and the like; and the other is used as a metal carrier catalyst such as AgX, PtX and the like. In this paper, SrX and AgX as an example, the activation of these two types of exchange zeolite were studied. The effects of heating conditions on the molecular sieve water loss and crystallization composition were investigated. According to the actual use effect, the most important activating conditions were proposed.
