Taking JATCO CK2 transmission manufactured by Czech Republic as the research object, the loss contribution of the reference transmission with the largest contribution ratio and how it depends on the driving and control performance are analyzed through the CVT power loss study. The loss contribution includes the driving power of the hydraulic pump , Overloading of clamping force and transmission slippage; based on this analysis, measures to improve drive and control are proposed; increased efficiency can be predicted when servomotor drive system and transmission slip control are used instead of hydraulic pump; at 25% At nominal load, the CVT loss is halved and at full load it is predictable to reduce by 25%.
