当前,大规模集成电路在汽车拖拉机电子领域得到普遍应用,车载智能网路系统也在不断完善,车载组合仪表需要更加丰富、直观、准确地显示各种数据信息。而我国拖拉机起点晚,目前由国Ⅱ向国Ⅲ、Ⅳ进行技术升级,传统的机械式、电气式和模拟式仪表已经不能适应复杂多变的农机车辆线路农田作业需求。CAN总线技术能够有效简化传输数据信息所需要的线束,提高了组合仪表系统工作的稳定性和抗干扰性能,减轻整个汽车的重量。因此,在拖拉机组合仪表设计中通过CAN总线进行数据通信已经普遍成为现代农机仪表技术发展的必然趋势。
At present, large-scale integrated circuits are widely used in the field of automotive tractor electronics. In-vehicle intelligent network systems are also constantly being improved. Vehicle-mounted cluster instruments need to be more rich, intuitive and accurate for displaying various data information. However, the starting point of tractors in our country is late. At present, the technology upgrade from the country Ⅱ to the countries Ⅲ and Ⅳ has been carried out. The traditional mechanical, electrical and analog instruments have not been able to meet the farmland operation requirements of complex and ever-changing farm machinery vehicles. CAN bus technology can effectively simplify the wiring harness required to transmit data information, improve the stability and anti-jamming performance of the combined meter system, reduce the weight of the entire car. Therefore, the data communication through the CAN bus in the design of tractor combination instrument has generally become the inevitable trend of the development of modern agricultural machinery instrumentation.
