对PMS镜面塑料模具钢进行恒温超塑成形试验,并对其显微组织结构特点及其强化机制进行研究分析。表明由于超塑变形导致PMS钢的细晶强化、位错强化和沉淀强化,使其在超塑精密成形的同时能有效地提高强度。
PMS mirror plastic mold steel thermostatting superplastic forming test, and its microstructure and strengthening mechanism of the research and analysis. It indicates that the fine grain strengthening, dislocation strengthening and precipitation strengthening of PMS steel due to superplastic deformation can make the strength of PMS steel increase effectively while it is precision formed.
