牙髓炎的活髓保存疗法是用适当的药物对发炎牙髓进行治疗,力求保存完整的生活牙髓,并维持其全部生活机能的一种治疗方法。这一疗法的优越性和临床价值,早为学者所公认。以往报导的保髓药物大多数采用抗菌素。本文报告了24例牙髓炎用中药糊剂的初步疗效。(一)病例选择:
Pulmonary pulpitis preservation of pulpitis is the treatment of inflamed pulp with appropriate drugs to preserve the integrity of the living pulp and to maintain its full range of life functions as a treatment. The superiority and clinical value of this therapy have long been recognized by scholars. Previously reported pulp medications mostly used antibiotics. This article reports 24 cases of pulpitis with the initial effect of traditional Chinese medicine paste. (A) case selection:
