财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,在企业管理中处于中心地位。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,企业成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束、自我发展的独立经济实体,提高经济效益、实现企业价值最大化是企业管理的基本目标。而企业经营管理的效益性全部体现在财务管理上,财务管理已经渗透到企业管理的全过程,这就决定了现代企业管理应该以财务管理为重点。在此,针对山西神州煤电焦化公司焦化厂(下称神焦)的实际加以阐述。
