本文提出了一种新型的微小型电解池,运用微小型阳极溶出伏安法对血清中的铜和铅同时进行测定,方法的灵敏度高,所需样品量极少,分析时间短。测定一次所需血清样不超过10μl,测定时的容积在350μl左右,铜、铅离子的峰高与其浓度分别在0.5~4.2μg ml~(-1)和0.1~2.6μg ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,变动系数分别为4.7%和5.9%。
In this paper, a new type of micro-electrolysis cell is proposed. The micro-anodic stripping voltammetry is used to determine the concentration of copper and lead in serum at the same time. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, minimal sample size and short analysis time. The concentration of copper and lead ions in the range of 0.5 ~ 4.2μg ml ~ (-1) and 0.1 ~ 2.6μg ml ~ (-1), respectively, Within the range of a good linear relationship, the coefficient of variation were 4.7% and 5.9%.
