所谓管理,就是在特定的环境下对组织所拥有的资源进行有效的计划、组织、领导和控制,以便实现既定的组织目标的过程。笔者以南通大学主校区的教室资源为视角,从教室资源的现状出发,根据管理过程中常出现的问题,提出了解决这些问题的方法,使得教室资源更好地服务于教师和学生。 The so-called management, is in a specific environment for the organization’s resources owned by effective planning, organization, leadership and control in order to achieve the established organizational goals of the process. Based on the classroom resources of the main campus of Nantong University, from the current situation of classroom resources, the author puts forward some solutions to these problems according to the problems that often appear in the management process, which makes classroom resources better serve teachers and students.
