本课题对铸造锌合金—石墨复合材料的制造工艺、力学性能和摩擦特性、金属—石墨界面状态等进行了研究。在高铝锌基合金ZA—27中,加入5%(wt)以下的石墨时,仍保持比较高的力学性能。而摩擦系数和磨损率则得到成倍的降低。展示了很好的使用前景。
The subject of casting zinc alloy - graphite composite manufacturing process, mechanical properties and friction characteristics, metal - graphite interface state were studied. In the high-aluminum-zinc-based alloy ZA-27, when adding 5% (wt) or less of graphite, the mechanical properties are still maintained relatively high. The friction coefficient and wear rate are doubled. Shows a good use of the future.
