中国武术和中国书法是我国的两大国粹。源远流长,博大精深,有几千年的历史,并且流传海外,深受中外人民的喜爱。武术,古代首称“手搏”“武艺”等,近代又称国术,是几千年我国人民用以锻炼身体和自卫的一种独特方法,门派繁多,技法各异。书法,是汉字书写的艺术.有笔法、字法、章法。书体繁多,有真(正)、草、隶、篆,真体又有欧、柳、颜、赵,苏、黄、米、蔡等。本文主要谈武术中的剑术和书法中的行草,侧重探讨剑术和书法的相同及骨势,以此来说明剑术与书法有着密切的关系,习练剑术和书写行草,可互相沟通,互相补充,共同进步,既利于这两门技艺的发展,也有利于飞练者身心健康。
Chinese martial arts and Chinese calligraphy are two major quintessence of our country. Wushu, the ancient name of the first “hand stroke”, “martial arts” and so on, the modern also known as martial arts, thousands of years our people to exercise and self-defense of a unique method, a wide range of martial arts, different techniques. Calligraphy is the art of writing Chinese characters. There are many books, there are true (positive), grass, Li, Zhuan, the real body there are Europe, Liu, Yan, Zhao, Su, yellow, rice, Cai and so on. This article mainly talks about the grass in the martial arts and calligraphy in the grass, focusing on the same sword and calligraphy and bone potential, in order to illustrate the sword and calligraphy has a close relationship between the practice of fencing and writing line of grass, can communicate with each other, complement each other, The common progress will not only benefit the development of these two arts and crafts, but also will benefit the physical and mental health of the pilots.
