本文针对滚珠丝杠副结合部的特殊性和复杂性,就实验测试、参数识别于口建立模型进行了探讨。设计了实用的测试方法与实验装置。建立了滚珠丝杠副的动力有限元模型。运用由试验数据直接识别结合面参数的新方法.揭示滚珠丝杠副结合部的动态参数及其随工作载荷变化的规律。
In this paper, according to the particularity and complexity of ball screw joint, the paper discusses the model of experiment testing and parameter identification. Design a practical test method and experimental device. The dynamic finite element model of ball screw pair is established. A new method of directly identifying the parameters of the joint surface by using the experimental data is presented to reveal the dynamic parameters of the ball screw joint and its variation with the working load.
